Speaking
The best talks don’t end when the audience leaves.
They become conversations people continue having with themselves, their colleagues, and their organizations long afterward.
That’s what I’m interested in creating.
My work sits at the intersection of leadership, story, and design. Through stories, questions, and thoughtfully designed experiences, I help audiences think differently about communication, leadership, organizational culture, and the work of becoming.
I don’t think of speaking as delivering expertise.
I think of it as extending an invitation.
An invitation to see familiar challenges through a different lens.
If you’re looking for a speaker who will deliver a presentation—
there are many wonderful options.
If you’re looking for someone who will create an experience your audience continues thinking about after they leave—
Ideas I’m Exploring
Rather than presenting a fixed menu of talks, I develop presentations around a set of ideas that continue evolving through my work with leaders, organizations, and students.
Communication is a Leadership Practice
Communication isn’t something we do after the work is finished.
It shapes how organizations think, make decisions, build trust, and move through change.
The Stories Organizations Tell Themselves
Every organization has stories it repeats—and stories it avoids.
Learning to recognize those narratives can transform the way teams lead, collaborate, and communicate.
The Accomplishment Is Not the Work
Awards, keynote presentations, strategic plans, and major initiatives matter.
But they’re milestones.
The deeper work is the transformation required to reach them—and the capabilities organizations build along the way.
Thoughtfully Designed Conversations
Transformation rarely happens because someone heard a great presentation.
It happens because people have the opportunity to reflect, question assumptions, and think together.
Great conversations don’t happen by accident.
They’re designed.
Helping People Build Their Own Map
Throughout my career I’ve found that the most valuable thing I can offer isn’t an answer.
It’s a way of thinking.
Whether I’m coaching an executive, facilitating a leadership retreat, or speaking to an audience, my goal is the same:
To help people develop the judgment and confidence to build their own path.
