I’ve spent my career helping architects and their firms hone their culture and strategy; find their voice; participate in and lead relevant, timely conversations; and gain traction and validate their accomplishments on the national stage. I love to dig deep and pull the threads of your story, discovering new perspectives and ways to shape strategy.

I love working with organizations at times of transition, often when they are wrestling with who they are now while also honoring their legacy. Times of transition require clear messaging, skilled change management, curiosity, and discipline. They are also opportunities to empower and enable individuals throughout an organization so that they can see themselves in the organization’s story and help write it.
I bring a holistic approach to this work because clear message and storytelling builds employee engagement and empowerment, which supports recruitment and retention goals. The stories we tell inside our organizations matter as much as the ones we tell the outside world. Bringing those into alignment is at the core of my approach.
